Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for timely delivery of goods across San Antonio and surrounding areas
- Execute efficient route planning and navigation using GPS technology
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and inventory records
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment safely
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio roadways and Texas transportation laws
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with mobile technology for route tracking and documentation
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
