Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure operational safety and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle specialized cargo requiring temperature control or secure transport
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio metropolitan area and Texas highways
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
