Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles to deliver goods across Washington DC and Northern Virginia
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route optimization using GPS technology
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient on-time deliveries
- Handle and secure high-value cargo with proper documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of DC/VA metro roadways
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
