Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) compliance
- Inspect vehicles before/after routes and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate with dispatch team via GPS tracking systems
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening (pre-employment & random)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Basic navigation skills and GPS device proficiency
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Must be at least 23 years old
