Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Inspect vehicles daily for compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight with precision and care
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt routes based on real-time traffic and delivery priorities
- Complete mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Strong knowledge of California traffic laws and routes
- DOT medical certification current and on file
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
