Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) safely and efficiently to transport freight throughout the Albuquerque metropolitan area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Interact professionally with clients and vendors, maintaining a positive company image.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B License required.
- Current Medical Card and valid DOT Drug Screen.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and MVR review.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
