Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to deliver freight on weekends
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet delivery deadlines
- Inspect and maintain vehicles pre/post-trip per DOT regulations
- Document deliveries, handle paperwork, and communicate with dispatch
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws
- Collaborate with warehouse team for smooth cargo loading
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills with GPS proficiency
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
