Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight to designated destinations, including regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and security.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
- Interact professionally with customers and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of interstate driving laws and regulations.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
