Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A & B) to deliver freight to designated locations.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and delivery logs.Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A or Class B license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.Strong knowledge of Houston, TX, and surrounding Ohio routes is a plus.Basic computer literacy for logging and communication.
