Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver freight on strict timelines
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and delivery
- Coordinate with dispatch teams and customers for seamless delivery coordination
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Memphis metro area and Southeastern routes preferred
