Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to deliver time-sensitive shipments within Tampa Bay area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records using fleet management software
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Secure cargo and handle specialized equipment as required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in varied weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay area and Florida highway systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
