Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to deliver products on established routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight with precision and proper handling techniques
- Navigate efficiently using GPS while adhering to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Document delivery confirmations and handle exceptions professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Strong knowledge of California traffic laws and DOT regulations
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overtime
- Basic computer literacy for digital logs and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
