Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of goods to designated commercial and residential locations.
- Loading and unloading cargo using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintaining accurate logs and delivery records to ensure DOT compliance.
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MTC).
- Clean driving record with no DUIs or major moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
