Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods across Ohio
- Load/unload shipments with precision and care to ensure product integrity
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and time management
- Report maintenance issues and participate in vehicle upkeep as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B) required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation and inventory
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
- Reliable transportation to and from depot locations
