Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles in and around the Memphis metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) ensuring cargo security.
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
- Provide exceptional customer service when delivering packages and freight.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure zero accidents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- CDL Required: Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is mandatory.
- No Experience? Entry-level candidates are welcome! We provide on-the-job training.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
