Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon package receipt
- Perform pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely and cost-effective service
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve service inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent commercial vehicle operation
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficient use of smartphone navigation apps and basic technology systems
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and professional customer service demeanor
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policy
