Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries within Texas and neighboring states
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems while adhering to DOT regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Complete daily delivery paperwork and electronic logging system entries
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain Class A CDL (company-sponsored training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
- No prior CDL experience required – we train from the ground up!
