Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products on time and in perfect condition
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates and delays
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
- No prior driving experience necessary - we train new drivers!
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology
