Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles within designated routes across DC/VA
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques to ensure transport safety
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license (required)
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
