Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and proper lifting techniques.
- Inspect vehicle condition before, during, and after trips to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation (E-Logs preferred).
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Current DOT Medical Card and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina to handle loading/unloading duties.
- Basic computer skills for logging and reporting.
