Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet tight deadlines
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment (pallet jacks, dollies)
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate shipment status via mobile dispatch system
- Assist in warehouse operations during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Arizona highway system preferred
