Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks or tractor-trailers) for timely deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Load/unload freight using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, dollies)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records (eBOLs)
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia/Virginia road networks
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Basic computer skills for digital logging systems
