Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods throughout Miami-Dade County and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Inspect vehicles before/after routes to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate manual transmission
- Strong knowledge of Miami metro area roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy for digital delivery systems
