Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods safely and efficiently across Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Plan optimized routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- DOT medical certification and clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate manual transmission vehicles
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Knowledge of Texas transportation regulations and Fort Worth area geography
