Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods between distribution centers and client locations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety standards, and route optimization protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient delivery scheduling and problem resolution
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as required for loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings and occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
