Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to deliver goods on time
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
- Resolve delivery issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of California highway systems and local routes
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital logging systems
