Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to deliver freight on designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Navigate efficiently using GPS while adhering to traffic laws and delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete all required paperwork and digital documentation accurately
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore metro area and surrounding regions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
