Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to deliver freight on designated routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Manage delivery documentation and proof-of-service paperwork
- Adapt routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and no major moving violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore metro area geography
- DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Pass background check and drug screening
