Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for local and regional deliveries
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology while adhering to DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Uphall all safety protocols and HAZMAT handling procedures (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Familiarity with Dallas metro area roadways
- Strong time management and communication skills
