Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight and goods within Dallas metro area
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Inspect vehicles before/after shifts and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and pre-trip inspections
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
