Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) on assigned routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (minimum Class B)
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days (training provided)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight travel (3-5 days per week)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
