Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for multi-drop deliveries throughout Southern California
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency while adhering to DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and problem resolution
- Utilize GPS tracking systems and electronic logging devices for route compliance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery status and address exceptions
- Participate in monthly safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation systems
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Customer-focused communication abilities
