Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A) to deliver freight on-time and damage-free.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to DOT regulations.
- Load and secure cargo securely to prevent shifting during transit.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (ELD, DVIR).
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with shippers and receivers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSA).
- Excellent time management and navigation skills.
