Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A tractor-trailers in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Transport cargo to designated destinations on time and within strict safety regulations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery statuses.
- Load and unload freight securely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) or be willing to enroll in our paid training program.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate interstate.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and withstand long periods of sitting.
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
