Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers on dedicated Oakland Bay Area routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and compliance records
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route execution
- Ensure secure cargo handling and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 2+ years OTR experience with hazmat endorsement
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of California logistics regulations
- Proficient in ELD systems and route navigation
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexible to work weekends and overnight shifts
