Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A) to deliver freight on schedule.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Complete and maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs.
- Secure cargo properly and adhere to safety regulations during loading/unloading.
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) valid for at least 6 months.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
- Strong English communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
