Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles on local and regional delivery routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment while maintaining cargo integrity.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Provide excellent customer service by adhering to delivery schedules and protocols.
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License (No Experience Required for Training).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and pass a background check.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety on the road.
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored entry-level training programs.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
