Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently on designated routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring cargo safety.
- Maintain accurate Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and logs.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and driving abstract.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and physical.
- Strong knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
