Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Southern California
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain meticulous logbooks
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Optimize route efficiency while prioritizing on-time deliveries
- Represent our company with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Current DOT medical certification and TWIC card (if required)
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional weekend shifts
