Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver and pick up freight to and from customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork and electronic logging systems (ELD) accurately.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all state and federal traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state of Minnesota.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) and DOT physical card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
