Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods throughout San Francisco Bay Area
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes using GPS technology
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication tools
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate loading equipment
- Proficient in using GPS navigation and mobile dispatch apps
- Strong communication skills for remote team coordination
- Pass DOT physical and random drug screening
- Knowledge of Bay Area traffic patterns and delivery zones
