Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on designated routes
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance reports
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Deliver freight to commercial/industrial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Hazmat endorsement a plus)
- Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Newark area roadways
- Ability to work flexible schedules
