Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and delivery timing
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with hazardous materials protocols
- Adhere to all safety policies and contribute to a zero-accident culture
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or route driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and transportation management systems
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Nevada highway regulations and route navigation
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
