Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver freight on time and in full, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs (ELD/DVIR) in strict compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers at delivery sites, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring cargo security and safety.
- Complete daily paperwork and reconcile deliveries accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience (recent graduates may be considered with endorsements).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) and DOT card.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
