Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes throughout Indiana and Ohio
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and logging requirements
- Strong navigation skills and route planning ability
- Physical capability to handle freight loading/unloading
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Must reside within 30 miles of Fort Wayne
