Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes with strict adherence to DOT regulations
- Deliver high-value freight on time while maintaining pristine condition and documentation
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and fuel conservation
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system compliance
- Participate in continuous safety training and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with Arizona routes
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
- Must pass company-specific skills assessment
