Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles for local and regional delivery routes.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks, delivery receipts, and daily paperwork.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop, resolving any issues professionally.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws at all times.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging and paperwork.
- Reliable communication skills and a professional attitude.
