Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling techniques
- Adapt to dynamic delivery schedules while meeting on-time performance targets
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
- Uphold strict safety protocols and DOT compliance standards
- Represent company brand through professional conduct and appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in multi-stop regional route navigation
- Current DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability to accommodate early morning starts
- Previous experience with refrigerated freight preferred
