Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver freight on assigned routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Optimize routes for efficiency and fuel conservation
- Document delivery exceptions and maintain electronic logs (ELD)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year OTR or regional route experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Washington State traffic laws and regulations
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with freight handling and securement techniques
