Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within New Mexico
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent Southwest Logistics Group with professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with HOS regulations and electronic logging
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility for early morning starts (4:00 AM)
- Albuquerque residency required for regional routes
